ERP Advocacy Optimization and Support Services

ProVision provided expertise on a wide range of implementation issues on PeopleSoft HR, Benefits and Payroll modules. Developed implementation specifications and estimates, developed queries and ad-hoc reporting, leveraged system functionality, project support and maintenance.

Oracle Financials Interface Optimization
ProVision provided an Oracle Financials expert with knowledge in the area of Oracle Accounts Receivable to define the optimal approach for interfacing with the Accounts Receivable module involving significant complexities in the implementation with Oracle 11i.

Organizational Change Management & Design
ProVision provided organizational change management and design within a complex PeopleSoft ERP implementation project.  This not for profit professional association was able to undergo a significant improvement in its ability to manage its administrative processes as a result of this implementation.

SAP Retail Module Integration/System Testing
To provide hands-on consultative and technical advice/assistance with test plan development and test script design for systems testing of phase 1 for the SAP Retail Module integration into an existing ERP and systems environment.

SAP Basis Administration
Provided senior technical leadership and support with SAP Basis Administration including the configuration and deployment of Solution Manager for this large SAP environment(Retail, Human Resources (HR), CMD and RSM systems). Additional involvement included
building an SAP Exchange Infrastructure (XI) sandbox and providing design, architectural assistance on the XI infrastructure design.

PeopleSoft Technical Lead
Led the technical implementation for a large ERP project in a delivery capacity on broad, complex, and critical engagements, while providing technical guidance and direction to other team members. Held responsibility for overseeing the execution of customer technical requirements and processes, and contributed to the development and enhancement of PeopleSoft consulting methods, techniques, processes, and practices for a large Consulting firm's ERP delivery services implementing a Student Admissions Administration module.
