A large pension plan required an evaluation of their complete financial processes and preliminary analysis of fit to their current use and capabilities of Oracle Financials.  Our involvement incorporated 5 phases:

  3. Oracle Financials Review
  4. High-level Vendor Review and Comparison Analysis
  5. Summary Report and Presentation – Comparison of Oracle Financials to Alternative Vendors

Legal Services Processes and Technology
ProVision served two regional Family and Children’s Services groups in Business Analysis of their Legal Services processes and technology. Responsibilities included:

  1. Facilitating Focus Group meetings to gather business requirements
  2. Preparing Use Case specifications describing required actor/system interactions
  3. Analyzing and documenting business requirements
  4. Preparing a Software Specifications document for the Legal Services Module.
