The Information Technology market is “a small world after all”, and we at ProVision understand that, as a provider of confidential job search and project consulting services, dealing with information in confidence is a daily activity. In light of this, we strive to help you feel comfortable in sharing your confidential information with us and we allow you to control this information once it is stored with us, with the ability to modify it at any time.

Disclosing to Clients/Partners
Any information provided by candidates via any form, is kept confidential, and is not shared with clients or partners of ProVision until the candidate has agreed to be submitted for a particular opportunity. This includes personal information, resume information and email addresses.

Disclosing to Candidates/Consultants
Details such as company name, location, and a brief description of the company, is made available along with a general job description, when a posting is submitted by the client. However, contact information, such as, individual names, titles, telephone numbers or email addresses, are kept confidential from Candidates/Consultants viewing the posting, until it is determined that an expression of interest or a mutual need-to-know situation has been generated by the client.

Third party sites
ProVision’s website contains links (i.e. from our Partners), however, we do not guarantee that these sites maintain the same privacy standards as ProVision. We are not responsible for their content or level of privacy for any information that a candidate/consultant might transmit to them.

Opt-Out/Change/Modification of Information by Candidate/Consultant/Client/Partner
Candidate or Consultants may, at any time, delete, change or modify any of the information that they have submitted to ProVision. This is to ensure that these parties maintain full control over their information.
