Data Centre Transition Project
ProVision provided a Process Development Consultant to lead the planning of activities to support the migration of core services, business applications, and common infrastructure from an existing Delivery Centre to a new Data Centre. Our Consultant was responsible for performing “as is” process analysis and developing the resulting “to be” process flows, documentation, training material and other collateral to support the activity and transition of the new Data Centre. Additionally, this role required a seasoned, senior level Consultant who was able to gain stakeholder support of alternative and strategic recommendations around process improvements in terms of delivery time, quality, cost, transparency, roles and responsibilities, handoffs and touch points.
