Enhancements were required for an Authorization Solution to enable Ministry Users to authenticate themselves without having to do this step multiple times, in multiple systems, in order to update information. ProVision engaged a Business Analyst to provide system requirements specifications, define requirements for registration and environment interfaces, as well as provide impact assessments.
