Requirements
Deliverables:
Create and revise strategic plans for the development a Call Centre
Develop and maintain project documentation, including developing detailed project documentation such as project charters, Gantt charts, templates, status reports,briefing notes and presentations to senior management
Recommend substantive project parameters, including resource requirements, timelines, scope, deliverables, evaluative tools and measurements
Develop committee terms of reference, maintain committee
Advise and make recommendations regarding adoption of best practices when establishing new methods of client service delivery
Facilitate planning sessions, and recommend communication strategies
Evaluate client service projects, programs and initiatives and make
recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Advising/managing development of call centres
Advising senior management/Board of Directors
Creating project/program documents and artifacts in a public service environment
