ProVision provided resources for the Application Management (AM) Card, Merchant and HR system group of a major Canadian Bank. Assembled a team of Solutions Architects, Developers and Support personnel for this project. Team members were responsible for new architecture, day-to-day support, management of application change, delivery of small projects, and the provision of short-term application direction related to VISA and INTERAC compliance projects.
