Project Delivery Transformation
A new framework initiative for end-to-end project management and delivery to support on-time, on-budget and in-scope project delivery. ProVision provided a Senior Project Manager to create implementation and support strategies for this new integration. Key deliverables included the standardization and enhancement of project delivery processes and artifacts, as well as improved program management through the execution of best practices. Additionally, the implementation of project cost management and cost recovery was paramount to the success of this initiative.
