Project Manager (PMO)

Project Managers within the PMO are responsible for the end-to-end management of key initiatives and projects. ProVision provided a Project Manager who was responsible for overseeing the project management tasks associated with multiple high profile projects.  Our Consultant was accountable for all project documentation and updates including project charter, scope statement, risk management plan, change management plan, schedule (including Gantt Chart), communications plan, quality management plan and procurement plan. Documentation of project lessons learned as well as the recording and archival of documentation upon project conclusion rounded out the deliverables.
