Senior Project Management
Managed the technical architectural assessment of a large complex, custom built application. Under a tight timeline of 2 months, this work required interviews and workshops with a multitude of staff (within a 6 week timeframe). The assessment covered 4 architectures: Application, Information, Technology, Security, and the IT processes used by a provincial health ministry. The project resulted in a set of recommendations that, when implemented, will improve the cost of ownership, the ability to make change, and increased flexibility of the system.
