Stakeholder Engagement Planning
Provided team leadership in the successful development of stakeholder engagement plans for a large Pan-Canadian organization. ProVision also ensured and oversaw the development of an approach and stakeholder engagement plans to support the uptake of standards amongst the stakeholder’s focus.
