Systems Analyst
A Ministry unit provided centralized learning management and support services to both external clients as well as to internal cluster staff. The unit was looking to update/replace the current tool and tracking system into one efficient tool that would allow registration and maintain data with the capacity to pull reports. ProVision provided the consulting services of a Systems Analyst to perform Gap Analysis and create Functional Requirements for this system.
